| 주요업무내용 | Specialist Demand Planning in Berlin Office (m/f/d) Releases new energy - Job Description: • Working closely with regional sales for their demand • Preparation of demand history and templates to ensure effective running of the forecasting model and technical tuning of the forecasting tool to maximize results. • Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with sales team to understand past performance and high-light inconsistencies in future plans. Communication of the demand forecasts in ways that are readily understood in different functions and regions • On time delivery of forecasts to support the monthly S&OP cycle. • Lead the critical activity of demand forecasting, integrating baseline forecasts with sales & marketing insights to produce demand plans against which supply network is optimized. Responsible for analyzing SKU level forecasts on consistency with previous update and initiate follow up with regions on deviation based on decision-making |
| 그 외 자격요건 | Combines passion with know-how - Your Profile: • Successfully completed a degree in Business administration and have 3-5 years of professional experience in planning fields. • Real team player and have a systematic, analytical, entrepreneurial way of thinking • Fluent in German and English. Good knowledge of Korean is a plus • Experienced handling of MS Office Excel |
