 주요 업무내용 • Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies to support those objectives for Tech Group.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies, including employee development, retention, and succession planning for Tech Group.
• Consults with line management in assigned departments, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Conduct salary reviews and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness in the job market for Tech Group.
• Provides day-to-day coaching to line management on matters regarding conflict resolution, relationship building, and effective communication for Tech Group.
• Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements with HR Ops team for Tech Group.
• Manages and resolves employee relations issues in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner.
• Lead to prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews in collaboration with HR Operations.
• Champion an inclusive and collaborative culture and help them continue improvement through employee engagement opportunities for Tech Group.
• Build talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs with Talent Acquisition team for Tech Group.
• Plan and manage the total headcount and labor costs for the Tech group, in collaboration with Planning team, including oversight of the HR budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head of HR.
그 외 자격요건 • Expert skill in conflict resolution, mediation, arbitration and negotiations
• Detail-oriented with solid legal research and analytical capabilities with advance research and writing skills
• Expert knowledge of applicable HR statutes and compliance programs and requirements in a fast-paced, growing Company
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook with advanced skills in Excel highly preferred
• Ability to understand and effectively convey Company Human Resources Policies, and federal and state employment and labor laws
• Ability to handle matters of confidentiality, i.e., internal investigations, legal matters, employment relations issues, etc
• Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment
• Ability to supervise and counsel employees
• Ability to provide guidance and coaching to management in matters dealing with employee relations and workforce management.
• Ability to work effectively with co-workers, department supervisors and managers, insurance brokers, insurance company representatives, labor attorneys, and other consultants and/or vendors
