| 주요업무내용 | TV/AV Business Planning and Analyst [Role and responsibility] o Plan, monitor and analyze the sales turnover, profit to build business foundations o Monthly, Yearly business target planning and closing o Collaborate account-level sales planning & monitoring. Partner with KAMs to check Business performance on each account level o Sales and marketing cost management o Market Analysis and Evaluation of Poland TV, AV market o Develop business simulations to guide strategic directions (Market, PSI, competition, etc.) o KPI planning and management o Co-Manage Weekly Sales & Operation SCM meeting and present KPI status with internal stakeholders o Collaborate with key internal counterparts (Finance, SCM, Marketing, Online, etc.) o Build various management reports and presentation o Support daily Ah-hoc report/request from HQ and Europe Office [Experience & expectation in skills] o Minimum 2 years of related experience in international organization o Experience in electronics area is mostly preferred o Proficient in English, submission of valid English language test result is required (TOEIC, OPIc and etc.) o Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word o Proven successful track in previous job o Ability to read, analyze and interpret data o Ability to effectively present information to others o Time management skills o Multitasks efficiency and priority setting [Expectations in character] o Proactive and likes to take initiative o Passionate to work with new technologies o Disciplined and organized o Team player with strong interpersonal skills o Outgoing and easily-building relationships in complex, multicultural environment o Strongly orientated on success and motivated to deliver desired results |
